Hour of Code
Mount Sinai Middle School students will be participating in the Hour of Code, joining millions of students from over 180 countries.  This global computer science event introduces coding to all levels of learners.  Computer science helps foster problem-solving skills, logic and creativity. By starting early, students will have a foundation for success in any 21st-century career path.  
You can learn more about the Hour of Code by watching this video, visiting the Code.org website, or by exploring one of the Google Hour of Code tutorials.

The Middle School Hour of Code for Grades 5-8 will take place on Monday, November 26 from 2:35 pm – 3:45 pm.

Students should return their signed permission slip by Friday, Nov. 16.
